Teami Blends Colon Cleanse Review + Coupon Code!

Colon Cleanse

Hey guys! Today, I am bringing a different kind of review to you all. When asked recently on my YouTube Channel if you all want to see more vegan lifestyle on my blog, a few of you said yes. With that in mind, I am trying to link up with more local brands to show those, especially in Orlando, that being vegan isn’t that hard. Luckily, my day job (and friend Jessica) lead me to Teami! Teami is a natural loose-leaf tea brand that has a variety of blends that can help you stay focused, lose weight, clean out your system, make you feel energized, or relaxed, and just overall healthy.

I have been wanting to lose some weight and get back into my regular fitness routine and I felt that the Teami Colon Cleanse would be the perfect thing to help me get back in gear. My package was delivered two days later and my cleansing journey began! Here are my thoughts on my experience with the Teami Colon Cleanse:

Starting off, I was SUPER nervous to do this cleanse. Was I going to be in the bathroom all day? Was I going to be sick to my stomach? What if I can’t stand the taste of the tea? All of these things kept rushing into my head and it honestly made me hesitant to even start the cleanse. After reading several reviews, I noticed that everyone had a different experience. Some were kind of bad, and others were hopeful. Keeping my end goal in mind, I bit the bullet and just went for it. I consulted with a Teami expert before prepping the tea just to make sure I was doing everything right. One thing about Teami that I love, they have excellent customer service!

Teami recommends doing this cleanse every other night for roughly 30 days. The Colon Cleanse package includes 15 loose-leaf tea bags for you to enjoy. I started my journey on a night that I knew I wouldn’t have too much to do the next day, just in case. If you are new to a colon cleanse and have a sensitive stomach, they recommend only steeping the tea bag for 1 minute. I thought that was not enough time for the tea to dilute but I went for it anyways. One thing that wasn’t really clear to me on the Teami website is how you should prepare the tea. After talking with their CS rep, they told me I had to steep the tea in hot water first, and then can either drink it hot or cold. I went with the hot option the first time around as I felt that would be more gentle on my stomach. They also recommend adding lemon or honey to it too in case you don’t like the taste so I added a few drops of lemon.

Surprisingly, it tasted really good! Despite burning my tongue on the hot water, I thoroughly enjoyed it. It is recommended that you drink at least 8oz of the tea, but if you get one of their super cute tumblers like the one pictured below, it is a bit larger than 8oz. Oh, and this will keep your drink hot or cold as it is double-walled! It even has a net so you can drop your loose tea right in. So cool!

I don’t do very well with drinking a lot of liquid at night so the first night I was up a few times to pee. I drank it roughly around 8pm and I didn’t experience any symptoms at all until around 8:30am the next morning. I was afraid maybe I would get cramps like some people experienced but it wasn’t that case at all! In fact, I kind of thought it wasn’t working until I felt a little tickle in my tummy the next morning. I didn’t have to rush to the bathroom or anything like that. It felt very natural and my stomach didn’t hurt one bit. I will say that I felt completely expelled after that first trip to the bathroom that morning and honestly didn’t think I had anything left in me to have to use the restroom for the remainder of the day. I did have to go to the bathroom a second time though and it was about an hour after the first time. After that, I didn’t go again all day. My experiences after that first time of drinking the tea were all pretty similar, except I only had to go to the bathroom once in the morning, depending on what I ate throughout the day. I continued to steep the tea for only one minute on work nights and on the weekend, I did 2 minutes. I noticed that the longer that I steeped the tea, the more intense my symptoms were. It takes a little bit of trial and error to find a pattern that works best for you.

It’s crazy to say, but I noticed results almost immediately after the first day. My stomach didn’t look as bloated, I felt better and more energized, and I no longer had any stomach pains like I used to. If you are someone that has issues when it comes to going to the bathroom regularly, I can confidently say that this is a natural way that really works. The added benefit is that the Teami Colon Cleanse helps you lose weight too. Overall, I have lost roughly 4lbs. since starting¬†the cleanse and that was when it was paired with eating healthy and being a bit more active than normal. The Teami Colon Cleanse is said to relieve you of toxins, harsh chemicals, and processed foods that your gut is holding on to. The idea is that while doing the cleanse, you should be feeding yourself with healthier options to keep your gut clean. It was the perfect jumpstart that I needed to get back into shape and create more healthy eating habits!

If you have yet to try a colon cleanse, I highly recommend checking out Teami’s option! I have had great results and I definitely want to try it again in a few months. Teami also offers different blends for your particular needs. I look forward to trying some of their other options and sharing my thoughts with you all! Be sure to sign up for their awesome loyalty program too so you can unlock free gifts! Also, code ReasonableRaven10 will get you money off of your Teami purchase so be sure to take advantage!
